The role of the Sport Conditioning Coach has matured significantly in North America over the past 5 years. Twist Educated Professionals who were previously working exclusively in the Fitness industry are now being integrated into sport, offering consulting and conditioning services to various teams of all ages and abilities.
On April 1st, 2008 Twist Conditioning will be launching the Twist Sport
Conditioning Coach Certification program (TSCC) that will promote certified individuals for work in both the Fitness and Sport industries with a professional designation. The certification distribution agreement between Twist Conditioning and Can-Fit-Pro will end on March 31st with the Sport Conditioning Specialist (SCS) program being dissolved.
The new TSCC Structure will enable Sport Conditioning Coaches, Fitness Professionals, Teachers, Sport Coaches, Allied Health, Rehab, Military, Police and Fire professionals to have easier access to Twist Education at a more affordable cost. Twist Conditioning will be managing all aspects of the TSCC certification process. The professional and knowledgeable Twist Education Team, who are also coaches and educators, will be well prepared to handle all customer needs from course registration to graduate fulfillment.
On April 1st, current SCS certified individuals will be automatically transferred into the new TSCC certification program. There will be no fee association with this transfer. During the month of April you will all receive new TSCC Certification materials along with an information package that outlines all of the privileges and requirements to retain this esteemed credential.
All upgrades to the program have been made based on feedback from currently certified individuals and individuals who previously held the SCS designation. The Twist Sport Conditioning Coach Certification program will elevate the current credentials by increasing the standards for completion and retention. Participants will experience streamlined programming providing ease in course completion along with flexible pricing options that will allow completion of Levels at a lower price point. |
